The project focuses on improving the user interface for Emergency Request Engineers at GE Gas Power, who are responsible for reviewing Emergency Requests (ER) for a specific "Asset" and recommending a solution to the customer. The ER review process involves analyzing a lot of information, such as previous work done, engineering drawings, and configuration, which can be complex and time consuming. Our goal is to design an interface that makes it easier for ER Engineers to review this information, enabling them to make educated suggestions for a fix to customers quickly. The ultimate objective is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the ER review process while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Problem Statement: No current length and breadth of e-mailer communication we planned to design the emailer and type of emailer and would like to have in future. We look at content type and collect the data from marketing and product team, content that is current playing now and can templatize them.
